The one percenters
What is The One Percenters?
At its core The One Percenters is a positive lifestyle philosophy that focuses on the small efforts that can have a big impact on our health, wellbeing and those personal, professional, and sporting goals we all set ourselves.
The One Percenters programs are completely customised to target the age and needs of the audience. With a run time of between 45 and 60 minutes they also come complete with a fully digital presentation.
Each presentation is delivered personally in a positive and engaging way, where listeners are asked to be involved in the conversation. I link each presentation to experiences from my 10+ year professional sporting career whilst making it relatable for individuals with other interests as well.
Where possible, my approach is to empower my audience with knowledge and confidence rather than enforcing facts and behaviours.
In my experience, young minds will be presented with temptation and situations in life that are out of their control. Having them understand the pros and cons in these times is the most effective way for them to make the appropriate decisions for their safety and their futures.
Below are a list of previously run programs. If you have a specific topic that you'd like support in running, please get in touch with me via the contact page. I'm always excited by the opportunity to assist with topics of importance to you and your group.
