Boarding at Nats'

After returning to Sydney from Perth I was lucky enough to stay with a good friend of mine who I shared a passion for food and cooking with.

So when the time came to move out, there was really only one way the say thanks...

With a giant, two-meter surf, turf and vege board with pastry wrapped poached pears for dessert. Obviously.

The meal went down a treat, particularly the custard (I love custard for all those playing at home) which we whipped up in Nats new Thermomix. Woohoo!!
